Haytham Nawam is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Agribond Holding, overseeing operations in Lebanon and Nigeria. With more than two decades of experience, he has led key ventures including SNAGRO (Lebanon), SAYED FARMS (Nigeria), and BREEDWELL FEEDS (Nigeria), driving sustained growth, expansion, and operational excellence. He holds a BS in Agricultural Engineering from AUB & an MBA from ESA. Haytham also serves as a Board Member of YPO and Vice President of the Poultry Syndicate in Lebanon.

Ziad El Sayed

Ziad El Sayed is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Agribond Holding, managing the group’s operations in Lebanon and its affiliated ventures in Nigeria. With nearly two decades of entrepreneurial and executive experience, he has been instrumental in developing SNAGRO (Lebanon), SAYED FARMS (Nigeria), and BREEDWELL FEEDS (Nigeria), guiding their growth, performance, and strategic evolution. He holds a BS in Agricultural Engineering from AUB & has completed specialized programs in Aquaculture Feed Extrusion, Nutrition, and Feed Management at Texas A&M University and Schothorst Feed Research in Amsterdam.

Tarek Osseyran

Tarek is a poultry and food industry consultant with a holistic project management background and over 20 years of experience. Managing full projects such as slaughterhouses, feed mills, hatcheries, and logistics platforms. He has worked across Lebanon, Nigeria, Cyprus, and Romania, helping companies improve efficiency, reduce costs, and build strong teams. He previously led major operations at Avicola Crevedia in Romania and holds a double major from LAU, along with a training program completed at the University of Connecticut (USA).

Bassam is a financial leader with over two decades of experience in driving financial health and sustainable enterprise growth across multinational conglomerates. He has held senior roles in sectors such as Oil and Gas and global trading, specializing in global finance, global strategies, and international compliance. Bassam holds several professional distinctions a Bsc in Finance from Pebble Hills University (USA), Including Fellowship Corporate Treasurers (ACT), Chartered Financial Consultant, a Chartered Public Accountant, and holds an MBA from UoPeople (USA). He completed numerous programs in Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Valuation, Upstream Economics, Trade Finance, and Corporate Governance at multiple reputable universities (McGill, GIES Illinois, UCLA)

Myrna Ghaziri
Group HR Director
Myrna Ghaziri is the Group HR Director at Agribond, where she oversees the company’s HR strategy and operations across Lebanon and Nigeria. Prior to joining Agribond, Myrna successfully led enterprise-wide initiatives in organizational design, HR technology, talent development, and culture transformation across multiple international markets. Her work applies the Balanced Scorecard methodology, data-driven HR practices, and advanced digital solutions enabling organizations to scale effectively, enhance agility, and strengthen workforce capabilities. Myrna holds a BA in Sociology from the American University of Beirut (AUB) and has completed numerous executive programs in leadership, strategy, mergers & acquisitions, quality management, corporate governance, and HR systems.
